It’s still all about the bag man in college football recruiting

Most of these families need the bagman, and will negotiate with all big time universities. It’s not sold anymore on getting a free college education and room and board

If there was no bagmen in college football, I wonder if the playing field would change

I've wondered how much $$$ would be in it for someone to get enough evidence to out a bunch of these.

it literally never was, stop pretending like things were ever different.
it's a business now and the ncaa needs to just get it over with and allow colleges to compensate the kids above board if they want to control it.

No it's not. I think it's about getting bread winner if family a job so the kids parents can move with the kid. Insurance policies incase big name player gets hurt.

Now are ther times for cars yes but it's more about being with your son if school is far away.

Let kids sign pro contracts, enter the draft, but play in college.

I can buy that.

But if we all agree that it’s about the bag man, are we saying that our bagman did better for A Gilbert?

What if we got Burch? Are we saying that we just outbid USC?

I’m conflicted.

I like the endorsement thing. It won’t get rid of the bag men but it will dilute their power. Booster money won’t mean as much to a five star who is already getting big bucks from Nike.
