UGA sits strategically located to many of the nations top recruits. It is mind boggling that they don’t have national titles by now with that talented a roster

Georgia's 10 highest rated recruits this cycle:

1. Kelee Ringo - .9976 - Scottsdale, AZ
2. Broderick Jones - .9947 - Lithonia, GA
3. Jalen Carter - .9913 - Apopka, FL
4. Darnell Washington - .9984 - Las Vegas, NV
5. Merkhail Sherman - .9833 - Washington, DC
6. Tate Ratledge - .9822 - Rome, GA
7. Kendall Milton - .9740 - Clovis, CA
8. Marcus Rosemy - .9737 - Fort Lauderdale, FL
9. Arian Smith - .9723 - Lakeland, FL
10. Sedrick Van Pran - .9715 - New Orleans, LA

Only two of Georgia's ten highest rated recruits are from the state of Georgia. In fact, only 8 players of the 25 they signed are from Georgia, and 6 of those 8 are rated .9100 or lower.

Georgia is recruiting nationally as good as anyone else in the country.

If I had to guess, I'd say that Georgia and Alabama once again have the top two classes in the country for 2021, with Clemson right behind them. In fact, Clemson may finish #1 in 2021, as they have 9 commitments already for 2021 with an average of .9553.

LSU pulled in a great class this year, but what Clemson/Alabama/Georgia are doing is on another level.

No, it's not. There is no discernible difference between 1-5 in the recruiting rankings and not a huge difference in 1-10.

I am a believer in recruiting rankings and they are fairly correct on average, but I have no faith the services can dial it down to the detail needed to tell me with any degree of certainty that any of the Top 5 or so are "on another level".

That's just assigning them a level of expertise that they have not earned or shown.
