I have a hundred questions about this... How did it get this far? Have the accusers backed down? The former DA sounds like a piece of shite, but it seems hard to believe he made this shite out of thin air. It seems more likely that he sensationalized this for his own benefit.

I'd imagine most rapes don't have videos and photos (excluding Denny Perkins of course). If I witnessed a rape, I don't think I'd be classified as "independent".
