I saw Cannon in 58 and had season tickets in 59. South end zone family section. I believe my ticket as an 11 year old was 50 cents per game. I also went to the sugar bowl when Cannon threw td pass to beat Clemson. Also I was in Tulane stadium for the 21-0 loss to Ole Miss. I got out of Marines in 1972. Starting in 1973 I’ve missed two home games in the last 47 years. This year with Burrow has been the best of all.

"yttdrgk", You're right. In 1958 LSU had a difficult time filling Tiger Stadium (again, the first sell-out was the '58 game against Ole Miss). To encourage fans to attend the games they offered a family plan. Adult tickets were $4.00 and children could get in for 50 cents.
