More tinfoil hat commentary on the Hard Rock: The deported worker

Do you have any idea how hard it is to quickly deport someone who does not want to be deported? And this guy, Delmer Joel Ramirez Palma, had potential testimony for what was sure to be a court case so even a below-average lawyer could have at least delayed any deportation. This man's attorney was Mary Yanik, who went to Yale Law School. She would have leaned on a 2011 agreement where ICE agreed they should not arrest workers who are involved in disputes that are being investigated by the Labor Department.
My theory is he AGREED to not fight the deportation after taking a settlement of some sort. There have been no details as if there was even a real motion to stop this deportation.

Just making a joke about some of the government sycophants who won't believe something right in front of their face.
