Don't let them sleep in your bed. Ever.
Stick to a weekly schedule. If it's bedtime at 730, it's bedtime at 730.
Always bring extra clothes and diapers.
Help Mom out as much as possible. It'll save you headaches later.
Don't always be the one outside hanging out at others house's while she's inside with the baby. Let her have a turn too.
Take lots of pics and videos.
Give lots of hugs and kisses. Tell them you love them and are proud of them when they show you something they made.
Enjoy it! It goes by very fast and they change just as fast.
Bonus: Don't waste money on shoes when they can't even walk yet. And once they can walk, buy pair that fit and another pair one size larger.
Great advise with boys or girls.
I'd add, when they are young, read to them each night and then say prayers. Have them take music lessons when they are young (5-6?). Live on a safe street and get outside with them riding bikes, kick ball etc. Good times.
