Was he on a gigabit connection? Do you know this?

It takes about 5 seconds to download 70 MB on my laptop. Uploading is slower. I'm in town with a good connection through Spectrum Business.

That's 112 megabits per second. A gigabit line is 1000 megabits per second.

Get better internet. Especially for a business class connection.
