How so? They could've filed for immediate dismissal and gotten it. They can still have dismissed later. This is Trump's chance to throw his cards on the table and there isn't shite the dems can do about it. He always get them to beg for what he wants, then he gives it to them.
He's nailed them at every turn up to this point.
