Chiz would be a good hire, IMO. Only concern there is he has been out of it for awhile but he has always been a good DC. The recruiter is a rare bonus because you usually get either or. Curious as to why we haven't really heard Chiz's name out there. Not sure if he wants to coach again but they should give him a call.
Pellini is a questionable hire from both a scheme standpoint and he's a headcase.

I haven’t seen one person say something nice about Pelini. Someone compliment that man.
Apparently my the remark was sarcastic. Now we think he recruits. Nobody has clarified it. I mean why would you interview with Ed O and say you don’t want to recruit.
