The same governor that threatened to shut LSU football down just a few years ago if he didn't get another precious tax hike?
The same governor who then later called those who have to pay these larger taxes "racists" if they didn't vote for him?
That guy deserves respect?

Well, THIS president anyway. If it was Obama, they wouldn’t have a problem with it. Most of them would join in.
You see. It’s not about “respecting the president”. It’s about “respecting THEIR president”. And this is the problem when you only have two parties that are moving towards opposite ends of the spectrum. It’s the single biggest flaw in our governmental system.

This should have been about the team winning a NC. It was not the time for politics. Even though I don't care much for the governor and can't stand that POS mayor, I can recognize that it wasn't the time or place. It's a shame that more others don't.
