It’s not bullshite. Majority of all vendors and contractors agree with me. Whites are drug addicted and a hazard and blacks are useless and worried about the next rap album.

I get it, it isn't a ton of money, but I also give a phone allowance, bonuses, you can make an extra 3-4k a year in extra cash.
I have hell finding even one decent employee per search.
