I'm not saying it sucks by any stretch, but I think Nashville, Vegas, Phoenix, Charlotte, Dallas and even OKC are better for big events...
New Orleans is widely regarded as the best spot for the super bowl and other big time events. It's the reason it's hosted more than pretty much any other city.
