No. My reasons for leaving had nothing to do with my "skills". As if lasting in the field is dependent on talent. If so M. Scarborough woulda been gone a long time ago.

I realized life is bigger than sports, and I have been a clinical psychologist for the past 20 years. Still enjoy following recruiting as a hobby. Don't have many connections anymore so I like to read the scuttlebutt on here.

As a final word on Lorando, I'm not sure what people have such a hard time accepting. I never called the kid garbage or not Division 1 or LSU material. Never said he would never see the field or never contribute. I just said he was a guy. The majority of Division 1 football players are guys. If it makes yall feel better I will take back "fill in".

If the kid ever earns a 1st, 2nd, or 3rd team All-SEC honors or makes a really big impact on the program I will be more than glad to eat crow! But first of all he has to make it in the class.

My problem with you is we hear LSU is taking a kid and you jump on here and disrespect the kid. Shows me a lot about you! You either lack common sense or are just an a-hole. I have been around the game a while and never once met a reputable person that ever publicly disrespected kids trying to play ball. Not once! Things said in a room amongst coaches is one thing. Things said outside of a coaches group in any public platform is quite another.

As a final word on Lorando
I don’t have a problem with anything you posted...you gave an honest assessment . He’s good enough to get a scholarship but still has a lot of work to do . The same people who are arguing with you won’t even remember this kids on the team this time next year
