re: Who here is in a union? Do you feel it helps or hurts?

I’m in the ibew and I like. I’m also not lazy. Depends I guess on what union your in but the company doesn’t make money unless we complete jobs on time. Also, there’s a reason why unions were started and it’s not to make money doing very little. Do I think perfect? No but my work is judged and you can tell (electrical) what’s union and what’s not. I was in the military and it has the same type of structure and order which I find appealing
