They literally were creating room for 4 5 stars ( Burch, Evans, and the two WR) who didn’t come to fruition. You have to make room for players like that - if they flip on you at the last minute, that sucks, but you have to take that chance. It wasn’t a CB for CB trade.

Respectfully disagree. I think LSU wanted more than one CB the whole cycle.

To respond to another posted, McGlothern is a former 5 star who was also a WR in high school. I think he’s a much better athlete than Burns.

They've been in the game way too long to let something like this happen to them. You can't miss trad that many kids this poorly.

All in all though, we'll be fine. The staff's not infallible, but this is still a great class.
