They certainly did. The targeting call on 3rd down giving them a first. Roughing the kicker when you would be getting the ball at mid field where two huge plays. Both continued drives that resulted in long touchdowns just a couple plays after those penalties. Then they dominated the early part of that game to kick field goals rather than getting 6.
