No private property is the end goal of Marxism. No economy is the way government gets said property. If you can’t do anything with your property, then you won’t have any issues with turning it over to the state to avoid paying taxes on it.

Capitalism and free markets tends distribute power and control over a broader spectrum of the populace and as a result tends to de-centralize power...
This is the beauty and sublime power of Capitalism and a free market...

We do not have private land ownership in the USA. what you paid for was the right to rent it from the state with tax payments.
If you own it then it can not be taken for lack of tax payment or because a developer wants to repurpose it.
This is one of the many whopper lies we are taught as kids.
