The fact that criminals can abuse charitable institutions says more about our legal system than it does about Charity. How many lepers returned to thank the Lord when they were healed?

I like the policies of the Salvation Army.

They make people find some money for their room and board. Do some work some where to stay there any length of time.

I know of families that have drug addicts in the family that will do anything to get more dope and they still house and feed them. Would they be doing the addict a favor to cut him off?
