Keep pardon power, and vote out morons like Bevin. I can’t see a governor in a southern (kinda) State surviving cutting child molesters loose.

Better yet, don't vote morons like Bevin in, but as he was R and not D he got in.
Problem is it will cost the party dearly after he is out. Will be a strike against the next R candidate even if he is a good guy.
