Triple sliding glass door problem

When I slide the first part open it doesn’t “grab” the second panel and slide it open at the same time. This just started and I don’t think I did something to break it. How can I fix this problem?

Unfortunately I dont know. I couldnt find a label and the build sheet doesnt have a brand. We bought the model home

Sometimes there is an etch in the corner of the glass or a label on the edge of the door or on the top inside the track.
