You should keep your kids in the same school system and do your best to improve the community. Get others involved and help the kids that need help.

As much as I would like to agree with this, I am going to do what is best for my kids when it comes down to it.

We are zoned for Tara High which is F rated and has about a 45% graduation rate. We didn't move. I'm just not sending my daughter there.

Guessing you've never tried to push back against a shitty school board, fight bad teachers, and deal with parents who don't give a damn. That is why people flee bad situations. It's almost a lost cause. You can't win.

Denham and LP in general are good schools.
