Well, they're not legal, so that may be your best bet. Easiest is Get a legit #9 jersey and take it to your local embrodery or graphic shop. If you wait a few weeks, Joe will be done with school...

Check this facebook page, he's selling them! Sports memorabilia dealer with a brick and mortar store off Sherwood Forest by Jay's BBQ - legit and has quality sports memorabilia. I'm sure at some point he will likely have a Joe Burrow signing once his eligibility is up.

I placed my order the Dhgate several weeks ago, and they said that they would be here before Christmas. Now they say Jan 16. Pretty upset. Wish I had found a local option.

We got ours on eBay. There is a seller in New Jersey making them. 65.00 and they got to us in a week. Great quality too.

Yesusa77777 is the seller. No patches, but I bought some patches very cheap and had them put on. It’s a real heavyweight jersey, everything is sewn on, and the seller does a good job. That is my jersey on the listing with Burreaux, they had not done one before that.
