Why not rotate?

I am sure it has been asked before. And yes I know we won anyway but, why is the SEC Football Championship only played in Atlanta? Yes, it is a great venue but so is a number of stadiums in Florida, Reliant Stadium in Texas and the Super Dome in NO. Playing in Atlanta give UGA a distinct advantage, why not rotate the games location.
Texas is a fertile recruiting ground and a larger SEC presence might actually be a good thing.
