Dang, I guess all fan bases are delusional.
more responses from that very same thread:

I'm setting myself up for disappointment, but I'm hoping Tyler Simmons steps up.

It won’t be pretty regardless of who we line up out there. LSU will go press man and completely eliminate our receivers. Their DBs are by the far the best we will have seen.

(previous quote)*We will run all over them.*
What have you seen from this year's team that gives you reason to say this?
I guess you can make anyone sound delusional if you only pick and choose to reinforce what point you're trying to shoehorn.
Keep in mind the thread was an extremely specific one about one position for us for one half. 95% of UGA fans expect us to lose this game, while it seems like 95% of LSU fans can't possibly fathom any way you can possibly lose. I'd say we're being quite realistic about saturday.

I think most realistic fans realize that if we come out not focused, or have multiple turnovers, that we can lose. Ga is a solid team. We also realize that if lsu plays their game, this one could be over by third quarter.

I agree, WG.
I don't think this is a 95-5 type proposition, particularly
quote:
95% of LSU fans can't possibly fathom
There might be a significant majority reasonably confident of victory, but "can't possibly fathom"? Just a year ago we lost the craziest fricking game you ever saw in your life. And don't even get us started about the miraculous comebacks by Bama (ref assisted or not). We can "fathom" with the best of them.
