Not really. They have better wins than the non-P5 schools, so you can’t put them above Michigan. And Michigan dominated ND.

I guess you could put Minnesota closer to Michigan, but their only notable win is PSU.

I like a system that puts more weight on good wins opposed to “good losses”.

Well, they were assraped by the #1 team while they were ranked #13. How far do you think a team already not in the top ten should drop when losing to the #1 team?
