re: Since it’s the Holidays, we’re over due for a commercial bashing thread

speaking of cars, I haaaaaaaaate the commerical where the guy drives to answer his friend's text. It's fricking stupid as hell! Of all the ways to advertise a vehicle, they couldn't think of ANY other basis for hte guy to drive around? Also:

-the guy gets the text in broad daylight, and when he shows up to the friends house its' pitch black. How fricking far away does he live?
-when the guy opens the door and black guy says "not much", guy instantly says "are you answering my texts in person?" That wouldn't happen. IRL he'd go "huh?"
-It was pretty presumptuous to just show up to teh guy's house. What if he was busy? What if he wasn't home?
