Stop and consider your question
I did.....now you stop and consider the consequences of your suggestion.

Are you really saying that we need to leave kids in the care of people who won't feed them?
Won't or can't? I agree to a point on the won't....i.e. parents are just shitty people and almost non-existent on parenting but what do you do with the kids you remove?
Bad decisions lead to bad consequences; intended or otherwise.

There is no difference between won't and can't when it comes to feeding a child. In either scenario, you can't leave the kid with the parent.
There is a ton of assistance available. If kids aren't being fed, there is a bigger issue. And, if you don't address the bigger issue, it will never end and you do much more damage.
A lot of people are very concerned until they face the reality that solving the real problem is very inconvenient.
