simple tasks and responsibilities to earn their meals?
I'm serious, what we are doing in prisons now is.not working, look at the recidivism rates
making them.work in order to get fed IS teaching a life skill
no one has to.starve, just do yuh our assigned job
I know that it is probably impractical and would be difficult to implement, but the idea has some merit
