I was at the game where they filmed the movie scene at halftime. They ran the same play (a long touchdown run) over and over. The crowd cheered every time like it was really LSU scoring. I think that Jeff Wickersham played quarterback in the scene. LSU had also switched to the pro style single post goal post at that time. The movie company put something in front of the single post and attached 2 fake posts to make it look like the old H style goal post for the scene.
