Look at the teams we are next to on this list
I mean come on
Also take a look at the "beneficiary" calls
We are 2nd lowest in the league
31st in calls for us
8th in calls against us
Lowest net count in calls for/against in the entire NFL at -26
I really hate to even crack the door open to conspiracy shite, and that's not necessarily what I'm doing, but is it possible that human bias has crept into these officials minds when considering the backlash from last year's atrocity?

Whatever the case, the team needs to be ready to have the opposing team spotted 10-14 points per game

You would need that bias to be in ALL of their minds. That's not going to happen without it being a point of emphasis from higher up in the hierarchy
