So if you concede he was mic'ed up, and the NFL listened to said mic'ed up recordings, then it becomes clear beyond any reasonable doubt that he lied about the racial slur.

Would a first class dude lie about that? No. Hence, he ain't first class.

And has been proven to lie about a racial slur. He thought, as he said, his defense with the NFL would remain confidential so he thought he could get away with it, but it leaked and now he's on record trying to smear a dude's reputation by stating a white guy used a racial slur towards him when it's proven that he didn't. First class?
