Yes. I think Horowitz will detail FISA abuse and recommend criminal prosecution for some players (potentially Strozk and Comey) for process type crimes regarding representations in the FISA app. They won’t be felonyish sexy crimes, but I do think there will be referrals. I think his report will be narrower in scope than people want it to be, but the guy is also limited to investigating one agency on one issue. I think he’s going to otherwise keep Barr’s powder dry for Durham who definitely knows about some shady, Deep State shite that went down in the Obama Admin.
