1973 Ohio State. Only a tie against number 4 Michigan stopped them from winning a title. They demolished USC in the Rose Bowl who said they were by far the best team they played that year which included ND which beat Bama for a national title.

96 Ohio State the team that made me fall in love with football. Dominated the first half against Michigan but couldn't punch the ball in the end zone. Shawn Spring slips and Tai Streets taked a slant like 75 yards for a TD. Went on to beat another team who deserves to be on here ASU. A team that did the impossible and that's shut out Nebraska that year in the middle of their abusrd run of 3 titles in 4 years.

2011 LSU. Rematch never should have happend. They should have played another pick Oklahoma State that year.
