I think this idea would have worked better 20 or 30 years ago when attending a game was more in demand.
These days people like to watch on their huge tvs at home and teams have trouble filling 65k stadiums, not sure the demand will be there for 100k in a semi-random location. Might work as a one-off,but probably not an annual thing.
