Odd, my cousin, two platoon sergeants, couple infantry bubbahs I know, and probably a few other people I'm forgetting all did.
Maybe your BIL's unit sucked balls admin-wise? Because an IED hit qualifies you for a CAH, and a PH in the event of injuries (to include TBI)...but lets be real...how many IED hits didn't have injuries?
