Sandy Springs is mostly immune to this trend. I've seen more older Crown Vic SSPD cruisers than SUVs, and I think that speaks highly of the city's commitment to responsible spending.

They stopped making Crown Vics in 2011, so I’m sure the maintenance costs are already, or soon will be, outweighed by the price of new vehicles.
