He can call the right defense but if the players aren't reading their keys, doing their jobs, and tackling.. it's going to look like shite.

At this level tackling is not on coaching imo. These kids know how to tackle. Half the time they're too worried about standing the guy up and stripping the ball or making a highlight hit and not wrapping up. I do think that Delpit is not 100% though because on one of Plumlee's runs Delpit just straight up missed him. A play he makes if he's 100%.
