I’m in California for work. Had a seizure yesterday morning and they wanted to do the surgery here but I would be stuck there and in a hotel for two weeks before I could travel home. I was treated for Stage 3 Melanoma two years ago, unfortunately it has probably spread to my brain. I will be talking to MD for treatments again, just looking for some great experiences with a neurosurgeon in BR. I’ve already heard of Scantz!

quote:if there are options for controlling the seizures that you’re okay with trying I would highly suggest it. THC / CBD combo are beneficial for seizures as well as tumors. That is what my SO uses to prevent regrowth. Still recovering things that have popped up since and surgery was in ‘15

FWIW it was a tumor wrapped around brain stem and completely different from your situation. I just try to inform people because, if we had more time to treat and surgery wasn’t absolutely necessary, we wouldn’t have done it.
