He wasn't jusy being an a-hole, but also a full blown racist. There's no way around it. No he shouldn't go to jail, but he should be outed for being the racist dumbass that he is.

You know full well that being outed is not how this will end up, they have his physical address, employer and job site posted on Twitter. The social justice mob will take this much further.
