And I bet the US taxpayers are paying for all of them.
If you have a child while on welfare you should be forced to have an IUD implanted (at taxpayers expense) and can only have it removed when you are off of welfare.
Men who father children while on wed are should have vasectomies (at tax payers expense) until they are off of welfare.
It can be like our one child policy
