That's true. But Obama (and Trump) made arrangements to have transcripts put in restricted storage BEFORE the phone call was made - not only after the call was finished and they heard Trump said - like on this one.

Flat out lie. This was done after OTHER Trump calls with foreign leaders were leaked in early 2017
