Why was our game on CBS yesterday?

I was at the game and did not realize this until watching highlights late last night. since when an all NFC matchup is on CBS?

Since the permanent Thursday night thing that randomly assign some games to the other network

I believe it had to do with no nfc south in division games since that’s who fox usually runs on that early slot. Instead fox took the afternoon slot.

I believe CBS and Fox are allowed to cherry pick a handful of opposite conference games per year.
