College soccer is the worst route to the pros.

Miles Robinson, Julian Gressel, Jordan Morris, Clint Dempsey, Darlington Nagbe, Deondre Yedlin, Carlos Bocanegra, Stuart Holden, Brian Ching, Jay Demerit and many others say hello.

It may not be the best path but worst is one of two?

Lol it worked to an extent 15 years ago

But now the talented kids are skipping it

College soccer is bloated with non Americans especially bc there is no squad limit

The amount of legit American pros that will come out of the college ranks will continue to shrink

It’s bad like real bad, look what Jack Harrison did in only one season, and he was an average Man United youth academy kid

It definitely has its place can still play a role. Could be better by changing some of the rules.

Landon Donovan, Weston McKennie, Christian Pulisic, Michael Bradley, Jozy Altidore, and many others also say hello. College soccer should not be relied upon for anything. It had its place when there wasn't a development structure in place, but otherwise it's a massive waste of time for everyone involved.
