Yeah I'm pretty sure that's exactly what the shooter intended and was even praised for a "good shot".

What's interesting is that the shooter came from the direction of that tree, frame left, and probably had an unobstructed viewpoint for about only one second before he shot. Not sure how he was able to establish the necessity of deadly force in that split second or so. Not to mention have the presence of mind to steady himself in position for a shot of such precision. It's almost as if shooter was mentally preparing himself for what transpired before even having an unobstructed viewpoint.

Not to even mention the obvious fact that the kid was looking forward and running forward....away from the shooter, his pants clearly starting to fall down. Even sorta looked to me like they'd fallen down to the point that his bare arse was exposed after he was taken out. Guess it's possible kid could have done a no look over the shoulder and behind the back shot.

Disgusting.
