Potentially yes, but more likely that if the kid truiy does not know there's a frickton of psych issues to come.
Either way, the answer should be frick no to anyone involved in trying to say the mom can do this. If people aren't okay with a parent telling their kid they're a piece of shite daily, no one should be okay with this
