Except for the fact that the Hard BREXIT option is out of the control of the UK. The Brenn Act that passed last month forced BJ to request and extension and if the EU decides to approve it then a Hard BREXIT cannot happen until January 2020 at the earliest. If the EU denies the request then a hard BREXIT will happen if the votes fail, but I believe that the EU will blink at the last minute and grant the extension.
