I still have a couple pairs with spikes but rarely wear them. Spikeless are more comfortable and I don’t notice any loss of traction. Maybe I would want the spikes if it were really wet out. As for changing the spikes out. I rarely change them out. By the time it’s time to replace spikes, I’m just ready for a new, fresh look.
