I’ve heard the Legends on 33rd and 5th used to be the meetup spot for the NYC Alumni for game day. Anyone know if this is still the case?

search function is your friend

the address is 6 west 33d...so if you're coming from the 5th ave side, take a right and go down about 100 yards or so (or until you see the inflatable Mike the Tiger) bar is on the left...

from the 6th ave/Broadway side (including Penn Station/Madison Square Garden....take a left on 33d and go past several bars and parking garages until you again run into it....bar will be on your right...

It has been years since I've been here. Last time I attempted was a Bama game a few years back, missed my train and couldn't get in.

For November 9 I wanna go. For those that have been here more recently than I have... think an hour before kickoff is easy enough?

How early should I arrive? We are flying in in the 8th and plan on spending most of the day in that area since it’s an early kick off.

It’s first come first serve. You should get there 1.5 hours before the game to be safe.

There’s a lot more LSU alums in NYC than you’d think.

I was there Saturday for the Mississippi State game. The place is packed with LSU fans. 100% an LSU hangout

Also, not sure how into boxing/MMA you are but the basement is really legit for fight watching later at night
