Was told by TAF person that Original plan was to build out North instead of South but the construction engineers deemed the land on north end not able to carry the weight of the new addition. Maybe some of you smarter than me (most everyone on this board no doubt) can elaborate on this.

The problem w expanding North is that the distance to the field is further back than in South. The SEZ suites are already painfully far from the field and it’s hard to see all the way to the NEZ. Big money doesn’t want to pay for those views. It’s why they had trouble selling out South Suites and S Stadium Club.
I agree that an even larger video board would be beneficial in NEZ.
