Obstacles now are pretty strong. That crane is laying across the top of the building, no longer attached. Now it needs to be cut into pieces? That's pretty damn tricky to accomplish without there being a weight shift.

Pretty sure the counter weight is no long attached so this isn't all that heavy. They can use a normal crane now to do what needs to be done with that piece.
